WordPress since 2023, and still building every site myself.
I’m a WordPress and Elementor web designer, and I have been doing this work professionally since March 2023. Most of it looks like this: a client has a design, a reference site, or just a clear idea of what they need, and I turn it into a site that actually works — on a phone as much as a desktop, with the forms wired up and the content structured so someone can maintain it after I hand it over.
That independent practice has run continuously since 2023, with work arriving through direct clients, marketplaces, agency collaborations, and international projects. It has meant business websites, landing pages, sales pages, WooCommerce stores, and a steady amount of redesign and support work on sites other people built.
Alongside it, I began contributing to website projects at Momentum Innovation Marketing, a US-based digital marketing agency, in 2024, and was appointed Chief Technology Officer there in February 2025. In practice that means I am the person building the client sites and making the delivery calls, not the person delegating them — overseeing quality, requirements, and handover across concurrent projects. The independent work continued throughout.
The part of the job I’m most useful on is the part that isn’t the initial build. Plugin conflicts, layouts that break at tablet width, pages that load slowly, forms that quietly stop delivering — the problems that appear after launch and need someone to work through them methodically rather than rebuild from scratch.
I build through WordPress’s own ecosystem — Elementor, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and the plugin and theme layer — and I extend that into automation where a client needs it, connecting website forms into CRM systems with GoHighLevel, n8n, and Make. I am straightforward about where my expertise sits, because I’d rather be the right hire than an overstated one.
I’m currently studying Web Design and Development at Virtual University of Pakistan alongside the work. I’m based in Pakistan and open to relocating to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE, or to a serious international remote role — for the right long-term position with a team that takes the craft seriously.
